Ordering.

Order Process
You can Buy an adopt by Messaging me about the Adopt you would like to purchase.
Or Purchase them through Ko-FI.If the Adopt you want is sold, you may request a Custom Adopt. (This isn't always available. However, if I have time, I will do a Custom Adopt for you.)

Rules.

• You can resell adopt for the same price or lower, you can gift or trade
The price may be higher if there are other art pieces.
• You can change the colour, details of the character's design or clothing.
For an additional fee, I can change this for you.
• Please credit me @MoonShuu if you post my work elsewhere.
• You may not sell/gift/trade my to anyone on my blacklist.
• If you do not pay for the adopt/back out by ghosting without a valid excuse, you will be blacklisted.

Payment.

Currency
All prices are listed in USDMethod of Payment
• I accept payments through PayPal and/or Ko-Fi only.
• I will Invoice you through Paypal or let you purchase the Adopt through Ko-Fi
• Please be ready to pay for the adopt within 24 hours after you claimed.
Otherwise it will be back up for sale.
• No refunds.
If you request a refund through the payment service, the adopt will be put up for sale again and you will lose your rights to it. You will also be Blacklisted.
• Design for non-commercial(personal) use
unless I clearly state it is for commercial use.
• Commercial use +100% of the price.After payment you will receive
• High Resolution Images of the Adopt Via your email or Ko-Fi.Payment plan
A payment plan is possible from $150+
Payment must be paid within 1 Month unless otherwise discussed.

Usage and Other Policy's

Usage Policy
• I retain intellectual property rights to all my artworks and can use them as examples in my portfolio or post them on social media.
• Please credit me if you use my work.
• You are not allowed to use this for AI, NFT etc.
• You can only use it for the purposes stated in the T.O.S or for any other purposes mutually agreed upon in advance.
If you violate the T.O.S, I will block you, and in some cases you will lose your adopt rights and it will be put up for sale again. You will also be Blacklisted.
• You may not buy my work with the intent to upsell.
• You may not buy this adopt and immediately sell. You are allowed to purchase for a friend and give it to them as long as they are not on my Blacklist. (If you are found to be gifting/selling/trading with someone on my blacklist, you will be blacklisted and lose the adopt rights and it will be resold.)
• You may not use the Adopt for Commercial Purposes unless Commercial Use is purchased.Reselling and Giveaways / Selling Policy
• Purchasing my designs for the sole purpose of reselling or using them in giveaways is strictly prohibited. If your primary intent is to resell or host a giveaway immediately after purchasing, you are not permitted to buy my designs.
The only exception for reselling is if you intend to create a VTuber model based on the design. However, the model must be fully completed before being sold.
• You must contact me beforehand to discuss your plans prior to purchasing the design (Only applicable if you plan to host a Giveaway or Sell this Design).
• This rule does not apply to clients who originally purchased the design for themselves but later need to sell it due to unforeseen circumstances. It is specifically intended for those whose primary intent is to flip or raffle\giveaway my designs.
• You do not need to ask me to resell this (However, do not sell to anyone on my Blacklist.).
• When reselling my adopts, you must ensure that the new Owner understands and accepts my TOS.
• When the adopt is resold, you must advise me of the new Owner.

Rights.

Personal Use
You may use the art for Profile Pictures, Social Media, Stream Schedules, Stream Starting Screens with Credit.As long as you do not make money directly off my art, this is Personal use.Commercial Use
Making Money off my art falls under this. Eg. Merch, Vtuber Model, Private Content (Eg. Fansly or Onlyfans)Certain Items already include Commercial Fees (Eg. Vtuber Models.)Please note, Commercial Fee does not mean you own my work. You will still have follow my TOS. If you do not want to have to worry about my TOS, please request a Buyout.Editing
You may not edit my work.
However, you may make slight edits to the character. They must still be recognizable.AI/NFT
You do not own the artwork/art piece and may not claim it as your own.
You may not alter the artwork/art piece in any way after you receive it.
You may not remove any signature, artist name, or watermark from the artwork/art piece.
Nothing made by Moon_Shuu may be used in any blockchain-related technology. This includes NFT’s, Crypto Currencies, AI and/or future adventures/inventions in the future space!Selling
No Selling my art in bundles for more than purchased for.
No making Profit off my art unless you have Commercial Use.
If my Art is included in a Character Sale, please let me know the new owner and credit me for the art.
